Due to COVID-19, shipping from our global supply centers has been delayed.

We leverage dedicated logistics for all our customers for shipping speeds much faster than your stereotypical businesses that rely on global manufacturing.

Unfortunately, the United States Postal Service (USPS) has also been experiencing large delays due to COVID-19 and was waiting for bailout.

As a result, shipping times for many companies have increased by up to 4 weeks.

What We are Doing

These delays are incredibly frustrating to us, so we can only imagine how you must feel as a customer. We have been working with multiple fulfillment companies to decrease shipping and delivery time for all orders.

We would like to formally apologize for this and we offer the following on your order:

  • We offer Free Shipping on all orders.
  • Order History: If you have created an account, you can check your order status by logging into your account and selecting the Order History tab.
  • Order and Shipping Confirmation Emails: After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation by email, and once that order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
  • Support: If your product has not been delivered and it is outside of the 30 day delivery window, contact us at info@thegoldseal.com
